You don’t have to worry if you don’t have programming experience or Zendesk structure knowledge. You do not need it with us. We do all the work on the turnkey basis. If you and your colleagues are familiar with HTML and CSS 👍, then it's rather simple to make changes to the theme individually. But even in this case if you prefer not to spend time on it, we can do it for you.
